Clicks Berea centre has the worst store manager with zero common sense

Clicks Berea centre proved to be the worst place to shop at today. One of my employees went there to buy Gripe water because he just had a baby (2 days ago). Before starting work, the guy bought 2 packets of pampers from a local shop owned by a Pakistani and took them to work. After work his mom told him to go buy the new born gripe water so he decided to buy it from clicks Berea centre, only God knows why the devil lead him to this place. Upon entering the shop, the security guard was busy flirting with some girl, my worker being in a hurry to go deliver the baby things to his girlfriend entered the shop with the 2 packets of pampers (which was not ideal but it’s not a crime). On his way out, he was harassed and accused of having ****** the pampers by the same flirt in a security uniform (the girl he was flirting with during working hours had left). The guy explained that he bought the pampers from a Pakistani shop in phoenix and the security guy and the store manager demanded that he shows receipt, of which the guy produced. But then he was persecuted for the fact that the receipt does not list the items that he bought, I’m still not sure if that was a joke or they are just dumb, every sane person with common sense knows that you don’t get such in local shops… I told the store manager to view the cameras to prove that the guy had ****** the items and I was told that the cameras are not working. Are you ****en kidding me right now? So, a human being (with a life that matters) is being persecuted for something that nobody has proof of? I personally called his supervisor at Phoenix and he vouched for him that he came to work with pampers and other staff members were even complementing him for being a good dad by taking responsibility and yet some low life store manager and security guard think it’s okay to demoralize somebody and treat him like a ***** when they don’t have proof… I am so infuriated by this matter and I am definitely going to take it up because it’s defamation of character and it’s not okay for an innocent person to be treated like they committed a crime. No wonder he bought pampers from Pakistanis, those people know how to treat customers and make them feel like they matter. If these big retail companies don’t change and treat customers with respect they deserve, they will lose all their customers to Pakistanis. The store manager and her side kick went as far as bullying my worker to leave the pampers behind until he produces a slip that can be approved by them. I am not sure if the guy has to **** the slip or what because he gave them the one he had already. I hate it when people with a little bit of power abuse it and refuse to use common sense like they are some robots or something… I am going to involve my company lawyer and these two people will pay for all the emotional distress they caused my worker!
