Shocking service, uncaring Nurse/Sister Zola

My wife went to Clicks Benmore to have her Covid Booster Injection on the 17/03/2022. Firstly the Sister/Nurse hurt my wife and then called her a baby. Shocking to hear coming from a health care person. Then we were told that we would recieve an sms to say that she has recieved her injection, which 28 hours later, never came. So we tried calling the store via the number listed on Google and only got a fax tone, called the Clicks Customer Care Number, whom then transfered me directly to the store, as the Customer Care Consultant was not bothered to assist. After getting through to the store they answered the phone i explaind the issue we had, was told to hold, i waited 15mins and nobody came back to us. Had to call the Customer Care Center again who are not interested in assisting just transfered me again to the store. Spoke to them again and am still waiting for the SMS. Shocking Service from this Store, Will never step foot in that store again.
