Clicks Bellville Middestad Mall

I bought a Wahl hair clipper because it was on special yesterday 07/04/2024, it was just before the store closed and the staff was very unfriendly. The tattoo guy that assisted me yesterday was very angry and didn't even greet as he was in a hurry to get us out of store. When I got home just as a mom not knowing anything about hair clippers I started to cut my sons hair but as my brother wanted to trim we realize that the clipper is chipped at the one corner. I decided to take it back today as I work in the same area ''BELLVILLE MIDDESTAD MALL CAPE TOWN" as I want value for my money. The manager told me I am a **** as they could never sell a machine like that and that why did I use the machine when it was faulty even though I explained that I am not fami**** with hair clippers. He ignored the fact that i just buy it late afternoon yesterday 07/04/2024 and returning it early 08/04/2024 and he basically called me a **** just because I am black/ coloured skin lady as the white lady before me didnt have any problems when she returned her item . I feel so disgusted with that Clicks Bellville Middestad mall staff.
