Clicks Bellville dont have camara's

my husbands bank card was ****** in Bellville and tapped in Clicks Bellville. When I phoned the Bellville branch they said they have no camera's . Why would a Clicks of all shops in such a high risk are not have camera's!!!!!! I am vivid because a ******** could have been stopped.
