Clicks Bedford centre

It's a 1 star for me how can it be humanly possible to get a jab then don't register online , got the shock of my life after they told me I'm not registered on the data base .. basically it's like I never vaccinated...there is no certificate for me to submit at work I'm just not happy...and I have to wake up early and drive back there ...I'm disappointed how can there be so much negligence of human lives , how many mistakes or how many times had this happen, my colleague went to clicks in Sandton and everything was submitted today
