CLICKS BAYWEST- Humidifier

Guys do NOT buy any electrical appliances from Clicks Baywest. Early August I bought myself a humidifier (Clicks brand) I paid R360 for this item. Firstly, when I got home I only discovered that I cannot use any essential oils inside the humidifier. I tried to use the humidifier but then also noticed that there was no user manual inside my box. I then decided to return the item to Greenacres Clicks because its closer to my home. They then referred me back to Baywest and told me that there are parts missing and seems like it was used and put back onto the shelves. I then returned to Baywest and told them I want a refund, they refused to refund my money because the item is not faulty and to top it off, the manager called me to the back and showed me the user manual and claimed it was inside the box. So she actually thought I was lying, but the user manual was taken from a other box that was also in the office, after I told her the user manual comes from a other box she then claimed it was a factory fault therefore I did not receive a user manual. they refused to refund my money and told me they do not refund customers on electrical appliances unless its faulty.
