Clicks Bara Mall

My Sister and I went to Clicks Bara Mall on the 9th of March 2023, to buy detergents. We saw a sale promotion for Sunlight 750 ml, when we got to the till we were told the one we took was not part of the promotiona. When we advised the Manager "Fundile Buthelezi" that we wanted it on the marked price as per our rights as customers. She refused and started back chatting. The Cashier "Ntando" was also rude asking why we did not read, we told him it stated Sunlight refill 750 ml at R25 nothing more. Both of them were rude and were not considering and acknowledging that they were at fault. We were rudely assisted and our rights as consumers were not considered.
