Clicks_Bank City Johannesburg

Hi Clicks, on freedom day 27th of April, i went into one of your stores near my offices to grab a few items. I had on a laptop bag, which upon leaving the store was subjected to a thorough search of my laptop bag with personal belongings. This incident happened to one of my clients I was with on the day. I spoke to the manager Thabang, about the invasive process and requested I be given a lawful justification to the process implemented in store and what basis are implemented to select which customers to search. I would like to get a reply on this incident as I plan to take it further to obtain clarity of the incident which took place.
