Clicks Balfour Part

I went to Clicks Balfour Park to get my essentials. I get to the till to pay and I didn’t have my points card in hand because I was carrying a sling bag which is very small to carry limited items only , but I had a picture of my card on my phone and I asked the cashier by the name sbonelo to capture it manually, I’ve done this before at other clicks with no problem. And before he could look at my phone he tells me that next time I must make sure I carry my card with. It’s not only what he said that is upsetting, it’s the tone he used even when I asked him to repeat it. How clicks Balfour park allow employees to dictate what customers should do is beyond me. I will not be spoken to like I get stuff for free. I want an apology otherwise myself and the rest my family will buy somewhere else.
