Clicks bad service

I bought Renew hair colour that they advertised for buy 2 for R110, however I paid R110 each. When I queried it they told me it's excluding the Perfect Colour range, but the afvert did not state as much and it was packed in between all Renew colour with various flashers on the shelves. I logged a complaint at customer service against Fairbridge Clicks. I was called to confirm what I bought and promised they will call me back the same day. 4 days later I called again to say I have not heard anything, again they promised to call me, still haven't heard anything. This is false advertising and misleading of customers and against the CPA.
