Clicks bad online service

I am so upset with Clicks online I ordered last week it's a full week now I still have not received my order. I have called and e mailed so many times I'm not getting any assistance. I need my centrum so much I ended up having to buy the centrum again as I need it urgently.we going to KZN so i ordered a few purifies it seems like I'll have to go buy the purifies again as they not delivering my things. I'm totally disappointed
