Clicks Atlantis,ai ai ai

A few days ago I bought a set of Phillips headphones from Clicks, Cape Gate branch. I live in Atlantis. I remembered that I had a pair like that and that it delivered good sound,but later I remembered also that the head band broke easily. FiguredI could return it for another brand,safeway. Clicks prides itself in that you can exchange at any branch. Yet,in Atlantis,Yulandy Williams and her manager Ronelle Solomons informed me that I haveto find a branch that stocks that particular Phillips headphones,cause they cannot exchange it since they dont stock it. Really now?
