Clicks Athlone Park Pharmacy - Very disappointing service

I recently had a phone call with the pharmacist at Clicks Athlone Park where I asked for certain discrepancies on my mother's new script to be corrected. In fact, they had sent my husband home with the new script, saying it was unnecessary because it was the same as the old script, which clearly wasn't the case, as they had given me two medications which were not on the new script, and had only given me a half quantity on another medication. My mother had just spent a month in a rehab facility after a fall, and her medication had been carefully revised. However, the pharmacist kept speaking over me and contradicting me in an arrogant manner, until, I admit, I had to raise my voice to get her to actually let me finish my explanation. Very disappointed. A truly unpleasant experience. I commit to sharing my personal experience to prevent others facing similar disappointment.
