Clicks at Market Square in Plettenberg Bay

Today my friend had a 'wonderful' experience at #Clicks at Market Square. He needed to get some medicine for one of his employees and there were about 5 or 6 people in line.

He wanted to get a ticket, but seem to have a problem getng one, so he joined the cue without one.

After everyone in front of him was being helped, it was finally his turn. The guy behind the counter asked him for his ticket and when he said, that he didn't manage to get one (he is an elder person !) he was very rudely told 'we have rules here !'..... ??????

I wonder what or who #Clicks is to tell their customers such a rude thing, besides that something like a ticket should not be neccessary, if you join a cue and wait your turn like everyone else ! It is a waste of paper and I always felt like a ********, when buying something from them counter. The stuff is being put in a 'cage', sealed with a once-off plastic strip only to be cut and thrown away a few meters further.

Thank you so much #Clicks, you have lost at least two customers today. I won't come to you, nor will my friend ever shop at you again. Your customer s****s and environmental attitudes suck !

The gentleman at the pharmacy in town is much nicer and probably also more competend than the man at #Clicks ! The only rule that should apply is, that the customer is treated like a king and not like a ******** !
