Clicks @ Carnival Mall poor service and neglect to patience

I am not a person who is quick to anger or speak bad about anybody. With our recent experience with the Pharmacy department of Clicks @ Carnival Mall, I must say I have never ever been treated so badly as a had to collect a prescription. The Doctor wrote my "nickname" and not my birth name on the script, and I was informed that it is a "**********" script in front of all the other customers/patience, after I gave them my ID Card and Medical Aid card to them. I have never been so humiliated and hurt in my life. I was at the pharmacy at 17:00 and after the story they made me wait till 18:15 to help me and told me (as a favour) they will help me now as I did not have any medication left and I cannot skip my meds. I needed to get the Doctor to write me a new script and I have to hand it in to them in person. The second thing is that they gave my husband a "generic" medication and after 3 days he did not feel well and went back to his doctor where she said that the same Pharmacy have given him the INCORRECT MEDICATION and he was going thru withdrawal symptoms!! Once he reached the Pharmacy to inform them of this error, they told him it is the generic version. My husband told them to call the Doctor and they gave him the correct medication. How must one trust Educated People to care for you when stuff like this happen?
