Clicks assistant manager

So i decided to make an online order from clicks click and collect for the first time to get 4 cans of baby formula. Paid everything and checked out. No where did it say to me that it takes 2 to 3 days to process the order. My son needed the formula today cause of our stock running low at home. So i went in my luch time away from work to quickly vetch the baby formula. Got to the store and went to the tills. Showed them my email that i received for the payment. Then the lady called the assistant manager cause she doesnt know what that email is with my order number on it in RED. The assistant manager gets there greets me very poorly and from the start you could see he doesn't want to help me. Tells me it is not the stores problem i must sort it out myself. Also went on to tell me that i must just buy another can and come fetch my stuff when it is there. The assistant manager didn't even try a little bit to help me. I was supporting clicks al the years cause of good prices, but this is a no go for me. Wont be supporting them anymore.
