Clicks are *******

A warning to people who want to order online using Click-and-Collect. I ordered 12 items, paid for 12 but only received 11. I asked the teller why this was and she had no answer. She promised to rectify the mistake, but nothing materialized. Eventually I received a call from the Store Manager (Clicks Howard Centre, Pinelands), who again, promised to sort this out and get back to me. Two months later and I am still awaiting a call from Clicks. I then went into the store to try and found out why the lack of customer service, only to be promised again that someone would call me to rectify the mistake. Sadly, no such response was forthcoming. To put it bluntly, this is tantamount to theft/*****. Really Clicks, a corporate *****ing from loyal customers? NOT ON !!!
