Clicks are ********

I purchased stuff from clicks online. I didn't receive my package. For 3 days the delivery company couldn't get to me. From last Wednesday till Friday I waited and I'd get an update that my address was wrong but no one tried to contact me. I cancelled the order & 8 days later I still have not receivedy refund. I received an email yesterday reading I should send a copy of my ID for a refund. Why would I want to share my ID? How do I just share my ID with a company I don't even trust? Service is appalling.
