Clicks are ****s and dont care about their customers

I order the crystal aire aroma diffuser on 14 december but it has not arrived. I've called the call centre 3 times and emailed them 4 times without success. This items costs R900 and clicks doesn't care about getting back to me at all!! You are ****s clicks for promising to get back to your customer and then failing to keep to it
