Clicks are breaking the law with 3 for 2 offers

I often shop the well known Clicks 3 for 2 offers. Sadly, the number of times that I’ve been held up at the till because THE 3 FOR 2 SPECIAL HAS NOT BEEN ‘LOADED ON THE SYSTEM’ is about 9 out of every 10 times i buy something. I always point this out to management, who always say ‘it’s the system’. When I ask them to alert ‘the system’ management they assure me that they will. As this has been going on for at least 18 months now, I can only assume that it’s a decoy and designed to mislead the customer, not to mention **********, and frustrating for all - me, who has to wait many, many minutes for the store manager to ‘check that I’m right’ (I always am), the management who should be running a store not checking on their customers and ‘the system’, and of course the poor souls behind me in the often long queues who are held up because ‘the system’ is designed to rip people off rather than charge the price displayed on the shelf. How many harried, stresses, time-pressed customers have you ********** with your failure to adhere to the basic laws of the CPA, Clicks? Watch out everyone. Always triple check your till slip at Clicks...’the system’ is out to get your hard earned money by devious means.
