CLICKS are a bunch f ******

I have never been this disappointed by a shop before. I am so angry at how Clicks handles it's customers, more disgusted than angry.

I am now suffering for the incompetence of Clicks online. When I order something, I trust that I will get a complete order, but that didn't happen. All of a sudden I am being told about procedures and investigations. How is that my problem, how do you justify the incompetence of your people by making me suffer. So my sin is ordering from you guys.

I am sick to my stomach to my at how you handle these queries, it's almost as if your call centre feels like i stole these items. I am never again buying from this shop. I am disgusted and I will make sure I spread the word. Either way, I want my items, I will not be ****** my hard earned money by Clicks.
