Clicks Appleton's: Long lines because one pharmacist does not want to serve her customers.

I was at the Clicks Pharmacy at Appleton's Village Centre on Sunday and I have to say, I have Never had such bad service from them before. Although there are two pharmacists on duty, the lady stayed hidden in the office, despite the line getting longer. I was told she was playing on her phone, while the poor locum was worked off his feet with the line getting longer and longer.

Clicks Appleton's: Do you know that there is a Virus in SA? Do you get that making people stand in lines due to the incompetence or perhaps plain laziness of one of two of the pharmacy staff members on duty is extremely irresponsible?

Clicks Appleton's: you are a pharmacy, I think it is shameful that I have to complain about this. You are supposed to care about the health of your customers. Not entertain the whims of ***********/ lazy staff members who'd rather hide in the back office than come out and help their colleague to serve customers quickly so that they don't need to stand in line during a pandemic.
