Clicks Appleton Village - Wrong pricing on medication

I visited the clicks store yesterday at Appletons Village in Johannesburg just before I could attend lectures at Damelin and had the worst experience of my life.

Firstly, I went to the pharmacy to get medication and the Pharmacist gave me the incorrect dosage of medication, I only realised this after paying at the counter due to rushing to lectures. I then went back to the Pharmacist to inform her that she told me the cost of the medicine and what displayed on the slip was higher. Luckily, I reviewed the till slip before leaving the store. She then argued and told me she thought I knew how to read what was on the screen and what the actual price really was after putting this through the system. After explaining to her the mistake she had made again, she apologized and gave me the correct dosage.

Secondly, she came with me to the till to correct the pricing issues. The manager was then giving me attitude and advising that she cannot put the money back on the card due to it being a debit card. After making a fuss about the fact that now this inconveniences me as I need the money in my account to avoid the hassle of depositing this i to my bank account again, the pharmacist then spoke to the manager in a different language and the money was added into my card.

However, the manager did say that there are issues with their machine but the money reversed is not reflecting into my account!

I want this resolved before COB today or I will be taking further action!

This clicks store caused me much hassle, stress and inconvenience and I had to even be late for lectures due to all these mistakes!
