Clicks - appaling service
Your service is appalling.
I have tried calling several clicks stores eg fourways intercare, Flora centre to see if they have the medication in stock which I need . They just don't answer the phone. I got through to the Fourways mall store and they of course didn't have it (surprise surpise), and the lady was most unhelpful. You guys are quick to put the smaller pharmacies out of business, and your service is impersonal and pathetic.

02 Jul 2018, 15:00This is a further comment... I have always been a loyal clicks fan... but Im swapping to Dischem... It has always been a mission to get the medication I need from Clicks... I always have to hunt from one Clicks to the other to get it... and trying to get through to them is a nightmare... so I tried Dischem Fourways. I got through first time, and dealt with Ursula who was helpful... and guess what .... they have in stock.... Clicks you just lost me as a customer... You just keep up with Dischem....
