Clicks App Prepaid Service ****

Do not purchase prepaid services on the Clicks app. I purchased R200 worth of electricity in Apr, the transaction failed but money was taken out of my account. Till today, I have not received my refund. I submitted my details on the 30t of April 2024 as requested, on the 3rd of May I was informed the refund could take up to 20 days. Today is the 27th, when I ask about the refund, I'm being given the 20 days story again. Clicks app prepaid services are definite no go!!
