Clicks app not useful

The intention of the Clicks app is good but the functionalities need a lot of work. The booming scheduling does not work; and if I already have made a booking it does not even appear there, especially if it’s a repeat booking. The app also urges you to do an update but every time you update the app your stored information is gone, and also asks you to rrload your script which is supposedly already loaded in their system. I have so far had to redo everything at least 3times now. It’s a mess. It’s pointless really. It’s only good for showing your Clicks Clubcard no. At least that still works.
