Clicks app municipality bill payment

On the 23 May,I paid my municipal bill using clicks app. I got a letter from Polokwane municipality that I ddnt pay. It was the 3rd time I was using the app for payment. I can see the 1st and sec record payment but the 3rd one is not there. I have proof on my capitec account that I paid. What must I do to claim back the money I paid?
