Clicks App

I spent most of my lunch time at Clicks Mall@Reds, staff said they do not know how the Clicks app works, I waited over 20minutes just to get assisted, got to call centre and still when the lady from call center had to speak to one of the staff I waited over 10minutes. I am so not happy at all.
