Clicks: Any chance to absolve itself from any kind of Liability!!!

<p>My iPhone6 Plus needed a pouch for when I'm jogging. I went to Clicks and bought one specifically compatible for my iPhone6 Plus. I fitted my phone into the pouch and it was immediately damaged as it squeezed all external buttons. I reported this to Clicks as they are supposed to be liable (the pouch was specifically indicated to be compatible with iPhone6 Plus phones), and provided them with an Apple technical report confirming damage. Clicks dragged their feet and today only reverted with an email saying they will not take responsibility as they believe that they are not liable (sic). Imagine if I had been burnt, injured or had passed away! Clicks will take any opportunity to absolve themselve from any liability!!!! Very very bad service!!! Very irresponsible!!! For years I have been chosing them over Dischem and have been spending well over R2000 per month at their stores. It's time for a change!!!! (either from me or from Clicks).</p>
