Clicks and the *********** staff

I went to clicks at Jubilee Mall today to buy toiletries.When I got home I started to unpack and noticed that one item that is first on the receipt is missing.I had to call the shop and I was told to come and collect the item from the store.Im upset right now because I must use petrol of R100 to go and collect an item of R55.50 for their incompetence.Why don't they make means to get the toner to where I am staying since it's not my fault that the Cashier did not pack everything that I paid for.
