Clicks and Regent cannot keep promises

<p>Policy ********** - Regent promised to send me Clicks voucher after one year of policy premium payment. It is now three months past that date and all that I get is a bunch of lies and empty promises. What is going to happen if and when I claim? they are now refusing to cancel the policy.</p>
