Clicks and its tricks.

On the 4th of August 2020 I lodged a complaint via there email service to date I have not had any response. I know and understand that it's challenging to respond however two weeks later is a bit to long. I don't want to use this route however if this is the only way to get their attention then I have no other option.

In December 2019 I bought a kambrook air fryer online and the coating of the pan grid is coming off the result is everything sticks to it which is quite messy. I want to know what must I do to get a replacement as it is still under guarantee.
