Clicks and Engen not giving me my points !

Well, with the recent cash back, I got a whopping R10, this after I've spent more than R10 000 at Engen. I contacted Clicks, and after many emails, they discovered that Engen has not sent my purchases to them since 18 July, and the IT dept is sorting it out. Well, 2 weeks later, and IT has not sorted anything out yet. As of now, I will no longer support Clicks or Engen. Pathetic service from both, and there seems no urgency in solving the issue.
