CLICKS-ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TILL SLIPS BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER!

Clicks Smith Street, Durban CBD has to be the worst store I have ever been to. The price they advertise on the shelf for their products is NOT what they charge you at the till. When they know a lot of customers seldom look at their till slips, this is how they take advantage. Shopping in the store twice now I'm grateful I always check my till slip before leaving the counter. I would have lost over R50 and complaining to the 'Deputy Manager' was of no use. *********** is an under statement. All he could do was apologize. This makes me wonder how he even got to that position. Poor customer service! No explanation! WHY DO YOU HAVE SPECIALS WITHOUT UPDATING YOUR SYSTEMS!!!!
