Discover made an error, and attempted to rectify it, but noted that when at the pharmacy and the fault is present the pharmacy needs to call discover to correct the problem, the attending pharmacist - Lebogang, noted the error with my mother, and even with discovery having a dedicated lines for providers such as clicks pharmacy, and my mother also informing him that he would need to call discovery as directed by discovery, he directly refused and said their is nothing he can do.

how can a Pharmacist directly refuse someone assistance when there are avenues to give assistance, this is appalling because now my mother health lies in question
