Clicks Alex mall

I went to Clicks Alex mall on the 23 of February 2025 to get my medicine at the pharmacist and I met a very rude man named.... He had very slow service and I could see he was busy with his phone before he served me . He took about 5 minutes to count 30 tablets at the back and when he came back he saw I was agitated looking at him and he asked with a bad attitude "Is there a problem "? I rep**** yes there is a problem your very slow and that's when he snapped at me and told me this is not pick n pay , his working with medication and he was counting 30 tablets that's why he took long . I told him This was not my first time going to the pharmacy and it has never took so long , after then he told me he can stop serving me , he took away my medication and told me I will find myself someone faster who will serve and he called the next custom. So I blocked the counter for him to give me my medication and he told he will close the store because he is in charge. His colleagues tried to take my medicine from him but he refused and told them he is in charge . Then his colleague had to pack a new order again because Michael Mahlungu was refusing with the initial order . When I told him I am going to report him he said with pleasure and he even showed me his name badge and said I can go ahead and report him . The individuals I am complaining about is Michael Mahlangu
