Clicks aftersales service useless

Russel Hobbs iron stopped working within 2 year extended warranty registered with them. Contacted them and they advised returning to store where I bought it so they can log a return etc. Took it to Clicks Flora Centre where they refused to accept it, saying I must take it myself to Russell Hobbs.
