Clicks aftersales service sucks

I bought clicks branded nappies and baby powder, what an awful product. I sent them an online email and that was a week ago, 8 days later I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved, there has been emails back and forth but nothing more. I then decided to buy the clicks branded bottle teets (against better judgement) only to find the things were damaged, I then decided to call them instead, and that was last week too and still nothing? How does a big company not finalise complaints in a fast and efficient manner? really? and its there name brand. absolutely shocking!!!!
