Clicks after sales service - non existent

I bought a Kambrook Blender from Clicks. I wasn't aware of the 1 minute usage rule and then "rest it" for 30 seconds. So, the rubber gear had worn out where the shaft fits inside. So, I bought another unit of the exact same model. I stuck to the 1 minute rule and let it rest for 30 seconds. The same thing now happened to my second unit. I have reported it to Clicks but don't get any feedback. My 2nd unit is still under warranty. Clicks' after sales support sucks!
