Clicks abuse customers!

Clicks in Mogale City (Key West Mall) is abusing customers, especially the elderly and disabled. I am older than 70 years and partly disabled. Because of a stroke I am not able to stand for long. I am also suffering from partial blindness. Yesterday I was forced to stand in line at the Clicks' dispensary for more than 30 minutes. At that time there were still four customers in front of me. I didn't need prescription medicine. I just needed over the counter medicine for a cold and anti-acid medicine. There was only person helping customers at dispensary. There was not a single other person in the entire store to help customers. There was also only one teller when I went to pay for half of what I really needed. I was so tired from standing in that line for so long that I nearly fainted. I didn't know where to look for the medicine I needed on the shelves. It is a disgrace that Clicks are abusing sick people, also the elderly and the disabled. I made a promise to myself to never, ever enter another Clicks store in my life again. I would be ashamed of myself and my staff if I was in control of a Clicks store who is able to abuse customers. I eventually left the store 45 minutes after I entered the store. I was forced to leave because I couldn't handle the abuse any longer. I left without the medicine I needed. Not the way to go forward, Clicks!
