Clicks a worthy brand.

I purchased a food supplement at the Rylands store at Clicks and was assisted by the Till point supervisor, and regrettably, I did not get her name. I had recently undergone a liver transplant and as part of my recovery, I use a food supplement that I buy at Clicks. When I went back to clicks on the 4 April, I was advised by one of the store assistants that the clicks brand of ensure was on promotion at buy two pay for one offers. I said that I only buy the ensure but she assured me that it has the same ingredients and that it would taste the same. Acting on her advice I purchased the two food supplement products. I used it a week later as I still had a tin of ensure in my cupboard. When I did use the clicks brand I suffered from heart palpitations, in my mind initially I thought it was just me. Later the day I used the product again and it gave me again severe heart palpitations.

I decided then to return the product. On my return to the store, I did not have the slip but had purchased it and my clicks card was swiped. The supervisor had the card swiped and there was the proof of purchase. Thanks to the supervisor and clicks smart card I was able to have a smile on the day. Thank you clicks.
