Clicks a major mess and the card system cost a disability persoR1000n

Yesterday i was filling fuel at Engine to collect points on my fnb ebucks at i spent R974.00. The card application was not working and i had a torrid time. I went to clicks bluff and the customer care lady Zimkhitha Mandla couldn't help after 10 reset tries. I have a disability and running around was a major effort. The application still dont work.

Clicks have not reached out to my complaint and my emails to date. This company takes from the citizens and dont preforming with foing down the customs. Leaves much to be considered
