Clicks ******

I bought baby formula online on the clicks website and some few hours later I got an sms saying that the product was out of stock and the order had been cancelled. I have been calling clicks for ten days now trying to get a refund of my money but I keep getting false promises and endless runarounds. I don’t know if the consultants get to keep the money they refuse to refund back to a customer but the service has been absolutely disgusting and I won’t ever be buying from clicks online platform again.
