Clicks 3 Arts! Sterling Customer Service

Recently, I received a Safeway bathroom scale as gift. The scale worked for a shortwhile and then stopped working. I bought new batteries and it was still not working. Having no receipt, I returned the scale to the Clicks branch, 3Arts Village, Plumstead. The manager, Zulpha, attended to me. She acknowledged that this scale was faulty. She asked if I would like to repurchase another scale or a replacement. I choose the latter. Zulpha, was an example of sterling customer service and being absolutely customer centric! Well Done to Zulpha!
