Clicks 2ply ****

On the 31st of March 2020 I patiently stood 1meter apart in a long que outside Clicks Kimberly Diamond Pavillion, Northern Cape to put my hands on their soft 2ply 18 roll trusted brand. On the 7th of April after using the toilet paper I came to a sad realization that the package is written 2ply But the toilet paper itself is ACTUALLY 1PLY...Unbelievable could this be a printing error.... I am so disappointed that the toilet paper has even lost its soft super absobend texture. South Africa confirm with me, and please take me out of my misery. Due to the lock down I can't even go to the store to complain.
