I visited all the clicks stores around the Umhlanga and Cornubia areas searching for the Toni & Guy XXL plate hair straightener and everywhere is out of stock the workers at each branch is giving different information of when stock is expected to come. This straightener was out of stock before even put on special. Why advertise for something you have no stock for and have us go to each store looking for it. This has created a great inconvenience. I have been told I can't get a rain check. I have been told stock will only be received on the 23 December 2022, when the Christmas special is gonna be over. I am very disappointed with the service received from such a huge group.
