Clicks

Hi i order 2 items online and paid with card the money was deducted twice from my account... The total for the 2 items was R603 and a few minutes later another R603 was desucted i spoke to someone from the call centre immediately after and he said the one transaction will be reversed which has not happened when will i get my money back

I am very disappointed and will never buy online from clicks again
