clicks

i am so totally disgusted at how a huge retail like clicks Bronkhorstspruit treats customers, today i was going with my sister to clicks, we spent two thousand rand and bought things for my baby, accidently i purchased the incorrect formula, and left, came back to exchanged, waited for the manager to take 1h30min of lunch by the name of Partwell Molefe who was very rude he even didn't want with his name and pushed me when i tried to take his name down, a whole manager!!! the service that i got from clicks Bronkhorstspruit is the worse iv ever got, come to think of it, i got assisted by the assistant manager who gave me his name and surname, and i mean just because I'm a customer and made a mistake? @Bertina Engelbrecht
