I would like to express my disappointment in the service which my wife received from the Nurse at the clicks clinic at the glen mall on the 15th April 2020 at around 16:00pm.

I had been there earlier in the day to get my vaccination and it went reasonably okay without any issue however my wife went to do hers after work and was presented with an utterly rude and unprofessional Nurse who shouted at her for wearing gloves as a form of protection yet it is a form of recommended protection during this time. Fueled after shouting at my wife she jabs the needle in my wife’s arm and yanks it out saying she’s done my wife witnessed vaccine still dispensing out of the injection after it had been yanked out and two days after the injection site is tender to touch and evidently red from the injury sustained where I am perfectly fine.

If the Nurse does not have the patience to provide such an important service she should be in a different profession and I need action to be taken because others will suffer at the hands of a nurse with a temperament issue
