Click Vaal Mall Vanderbilpark SUCKS!

This morning at 09h00 I had to take my 71 year old mother for her second Covid injection. We were waiting at the station inside Clicks, Vaal Mall, Vanderbijlpark. People who were handing paperwork out to people to register were om a hurry up slow pace and it was feeling like I was at a Provincial hospital. The gentleman who were doing the injections was at a very slow pace and was walking up and down from the station to another office and seemed like he was on a Sunday afternoon pace. My mother had to sit two hours in a wheel chair before she was helped by this gentleman and she was injected. My mother complained she was feeling dizzy and very thirsty because of waiting two hours before being helped. I had to ask the one staff member for a glass of water to hand to my mother. Because it took so long they relized no copy of my mother Id book was made and only after two hours I was told to fill pawerwork in again after they realized the made a mistake on their side and apologized for the mix up?
